PARTY POLICY
We do accept reservations for groups of 7 or more.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating. That's why we follow a first-come, first-served policy to ensure fairness.
If you have LESS THAN 7, you are more than welcome to walk-in and join our waitlist.
However, we do accept reservations for groups of Seven or more.
*WE DO NOT SPLIT CHECKS FOR PARTIES OF 10+*.

AUTO GRATUITY POLICY
At Iron Age Conyers, we have an auto-gratuity 20% policy for parties of 5 or more every day and 20% gratuity will be applied for all parties after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
This policy ensures that our hardworking staff members are fairly compensated for their exceptional service. Please speak to staff if you have questions.

NO REFUND POLICY
We strive to provide exceptional dining experiences for our customers at Iron Age Conyers. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for any reason once an order has been placed or service has been provided.

- Quality Concerns: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your food or service, please bring it to our attention immediately so we can address your concerns and make it right.
- Health and Safety: In cases where there are health or safety concerns related to the food or dining experience, a discount or gift card may be considered at the discretion of management.
